This 3-hour online session is designed to provide participants with a simplified yet in-depth report on the current labor standards, rules and regulations of DOLE and its latest department orders, advisories and/or issuances, particularly Labor Advisory No. 14-21, as well as the En Banc Decision of the Supreme Court in Del Rosario versus ABS CBN.
