This module will enumerate and define the attributes of an agile and resilient organization such as adaptability and speed and their other core characteristics. It will also show the link between organizational speed and agility. It will also stress the importance of understanding customer needs and expectations during crisis as a strategy to survive the economic turmoil of a crisis.
Take out: Participants will be able to identify the key organizational traits of an agile and resilient organizations and develop strategies to establish strong connection with the customers to avoid customer turnover.
Module 2: Increasing Organizational Resilience and Agility in The Face Crisis
This module will discuss how to support your business and people through the pandemic. It will show you the pandemic response journey where your organization may respond, recover and thrive. Here you will rate you company’s crisis management with an organizational assessment instrument called Pandemic Contingent Response Assessment Too. It will also discuss the proactive strategies in dealing with a crisis and how to improve your ability to identify emerging threats. Moreover, It will outline the steps to developing strong and supportive relationships with your staff through effective mental health program.
Take out: Participants will be able to apply the proactive skills in anticipating emerging threats of a crisis and outline a mental health strategy to develop a strong and supportive relationships with your employees
Module 3: Critical Steps to Build a Resilient Organization
This module will enumerate the 6 key capabilities that makes your organization resilient and the 3 key-steps to building an agile and adaptive organization. It will show the best practices from the model companies that have successfully applied the agile principles and how to apply them in your own context. Furthermore, this module will show how these principles can be applied in your vendor and supply chain management. The Importance of Staff communications in all these activities will also be covered under this module.
Take out: Participants will be able to use the successes of the model companies as templates to build an agile and resilient organization that focuses on vendor and supply chain management.
Module 4: Spotting the Gold Mine in the Middle of Crisis
Agility and resilience can be best explained by studying successful companies who were able to thrive. This module will present a number of global companies that have thrived in the middle of the pandemic. Their growth mindset, winning values and key measures will also be discussed to provide the participants good examples to emulate.
Take out: Participants will be able to identify the core values that support agility and resilience and examine if one’s own values as well as Artesyn’s values align with them. They will also be able to apply the steps in spotting opportunities to thrive despite the adversities being posed by the health crisis.
