Executive Summary

Annie not only possesses more than 20 years of events management and amp; operations experience, she has 8 years of events related training. Her areas of expertise cover from event concept development, pre-

event preparation, on-site execution to post event reporting. Annie has vast amount of experience that

covers corporate events, community events as well as dating / singles events. She has worked with

executives / managers of different levels from private to public sectors to ensure smooth delivery of the

events she is managing.

Background


Annie started her career in Events Management after graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Her first job as a Public Relations Coordinator already had her involved in large scale events including the Christmas Light-up Projects which saw a turn-out of some 10,000 people for the annual road closure event in the early 1990. The opportunity to work with the big boys including Singapore Tourism Board, Community Chest, major sponsors such as Dickson Group, Hitachi Group propelled Annie’s career further.


In 2007, Annie found new passion in training the youths in what she does best. So she channeled time and energy to train students at polytechnic levels. As she can connects well with youths, Annie leads teams of young adults to deliver projects for clients successfully.

Annie’s event expertise spans across various industries including non-profit organizations, retail, education, motor vehicle, finance, fast moving consumer goods and government bodies.


Some of her clients include Mount Faber Leisure Group, Agency for Integrated Care, Cycle & Carriage (Yangon), Hemispheres Foundation, COMPASS Singapore, Lutheran Community Care Services, Contact Centre Association of Singapore, National Heritage Board, National Parks Board, Nickelodeon / MTV Asia, Singapore Sports Council, SPRING Singapore, Pertama Merchandising, Nestle Singapore, Community Chest, Microsoft Singapore, Society of the Physically Disabled, Social Development Unit and many more.


Annie’s resourcefulness has branded her as THE person to go to when it comes to overcoming fast paced issues effectively in events. To date, Annie still holds the record of planning and executing more than 1,000 singles events in the span of 2 years for the then Social Development Unit.
