  • Cancellations made a day before or no-show during the learning event will be charged 50% of regular rate as Administrative Fee and hotel reservation fee. However substitution participants may be made at any time before the learning event.
  • Creditable tax certificate (or Form 2307) should be attached to your payments if you intend to subsidize the withholding tax. Please withhold only 2% as we are classified as sub-contractors for training and supplier of services to top 10,000 corporations.
